About Us

In our modern world connection has become superficial, and many are feeling the weight of a fast-paced life with limited meaningful interactions with other people or the natural world. It's often not easy to find the time to even connect with ourselves and just be present with our own bodies.

Our mission is to create spaces where you can show up intentionally and find meaningful connections, whether it's with your own breath and body, a community of supportive folks, or the grace and beauty of the world around you.

Who we Are

What started as a little girl playing in the woods and rivers of Western North Carolina has become the vision for Earthwise Healing & Education.

Sarah Summey has always marveled at the natural world. If you've ever been on a hike with her, you'll know that she stops often to admire the little patches of moss, mushrooms, and critters along the way.

Sarah has been practicing massage therapy for nearly 15 years and owns/operates Sacred Bonsai Healing Arts in Fuquay-Varina, NC. This wonderful career has taught her much about the body and has given her the opportunity to learn (and teach!) many other healing modalities. She has studied herbalism and natural healing for over a decade, which has bolstered her professional knowledge as well as her personal relationship with the earth.

Sarah blends together her passion for healing, years of experience, and love of nature to bring specially curated workshops to Earthwise.

Our Classes

Location

We are located in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. Currently our workshops and classes are here in the Triangle/Raleigh area.
